Hire purchase is one of the alternatives to leasing and a bank credit. Basic difference between financial leasing and hire purchase is the moment of the possession transfer.

It is an acquisition of investition very similar to bank loan.
Credit is offered to client to obtain object of financing. Down payment is paid by client by supplier. Cars and transport technology can be financed by credit.

Insurance

Every leasing asset for which a leasing contract has been concluded has to be insured against damage, destruction and theft from the moment of its take-over by the lessee.
